Return Eligibility

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Items on sale or promotion

  • Personal care or hygiene products

  • Used, washed, or damaged by customer products

  • Custom or made-to-order items


🔄 How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at mahfujhasan117@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.

  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.


💸 Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved and the item is received (if applicable), your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • If the order was paid via Cash on Delivery, you will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit, as cash refunds are not possible.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, wrong item), we’ll cover return shipping.

  • If it’s due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
